Refund Policy

- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Reason: This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and transaction fees charged by payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, card processors).

These fees are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered once an order is placed.

A full refund (without fees) will only be issued if:
- Indicarbon confirms a processing error
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrives defective or damaged (with required proof)

Delays related to production, suppliers, carriers, customs, or holidays do not qualify for a fee-free refund.

Cancellations due to:
- Delivery expectations
- Personal timing needs
- Order impatience
- Misinterpretation of processing estimates
are considered customer-initiated cancellations and are subject to the 5% fee.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours

For damaged or incorrect items:
- A clear unboxing video is required
- Photos alone may not be sufficient
