Video Requirement:
For select return scenarios (e.g., damaged items, missing components), customers are required to record a video while opening the package.
Purpose of Video:
The video should clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting any damage, missing components, or discrepancies with the order.
Initiating a Return:
Requests for returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Include All Components:
Ensure that all components, accessories, manuals, and promotional items that came with the product are included in the return package.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
